所有公司成員均確認所提供的資料無誤，並在公司冊處「註冊易」開設帳戶。如公司成員已持有「註冊易」帳戶，必須提供用戶資料予盈高集團國際有限公司以用作成立公司及提交公司文件等用途。

All members named here declared that the information given is correct, and apply a user account in e-Registry. If memebers already owned an e-Registry account, they are required to provide log-in information to Richmax Group International Ltd for the purpose of company incorporation and statutory document filing.

RMG uses Articles of Association (Sample A) that provided by Company Registry to apply for a limited company, all members confirmed and agreed on the content of the mentioned sample. 

如客戶於確認資料後需要再作更改，須支付行政費 HKD$500，而公司註冊處審批有關更改的時間是 1個月。

Any amendment required after confirmation, administrative fee HKD$500 will be charged and 1-month of approval time is required by Company Registry.

如公司董事人數多於一位，除了本頁授權代表外，其餘董事均需要於公司正式成立日後的 15 日內，簽回由Richmax Group International Ltd 提供的「出任首任董事職位同意書 (NNC3)」。如有延誤，所有公司成員均可被檢控。

If the number of director is more than one person, all directors (except the one who signed this page already) are required to sign back “Consent to Act as First Director (NNC3)” provided by Richmax Group International Ltd within 15 days after the company’s incorporation date. All company members will be prosecuted if the mentioned document is not signed back on time.

Refund Policy

退款政策

此表格經簽妥及交給我們，委託便已作實，如客戶欲取消委託，我們將收取HK$1,000 手續費, 如屬購買現成公司則不設任何退款。

Once this form is signed and sent to us, the order is confirmed. If client would like to cancel the order, cancellation charge of HK$1,000 should be collected by us, if acquiring readymade company, the whole price are non-refundable.

當我們確定閣下之有關申請資料後， 閣下如欲更改資料，如公司名稱/地址、股東、董事/公司秘書資料等，我們將每次收取HK$500 文件處理費。

After all details of application are confirmed as final, handling fee of HK$500 should be collected each time, i.e. name/address of company, particulars of shareholders’/ directors’/company secretary’s etc.

如果你的申請已呈交公司註冊署，但最終未獲批准註冊，包含在註冊費中的存放費用港幣295元則不可退回。

If your application has been submitted and eventually be rejected by Companies Registry, the lodgment fee of HK$295 paid to Companies Registry is non-refundable.
